The University Center Administrative Office is located in Suite A7 in the lobby area.

Our hours of operation are from 8:00 a.m. until 9:30 p.m., Mondays through Thursdays, and on Fridays from 8:00 a.m. until 4:30 p.m.

In the case of inclement weather, please watch the local TV announcements for cancellations concerning UCG and your University. We will also post information on our web site and have a recorded message at 864.250.1111. We suggest you communicate directly with your students, via email, to keep them abreast of your individual plans for class cancellations.

Should an emergency make it necessary for you to cancel a class on very short notice, please notify the University Center office at 864.250.1111 so that we can arrange for your students to be informed as they arrive at the Center.

The entire facility (and McAlister Square Mall) is handicapped accessible. If you have a handicapped student who has additional needs, please call Jay Dugaw at 864.250.1111 or email him at [email protected].

The UCG staff are happy to familiarize faculty with our facility and technology and their abilities and limitations. Institutional support and training remains the responsibility of the Partner University.
